MITALAB TOWER
On July 19, 2019, CAG Facade Joint Stock Company officially signed a contract with Minh Tam Equipment Company to implement the MITALAB TOWER project, a combined office and hotel building.
The project utilizes Schueco’s aluminum system, the world’s leading aluminum solution, with aluminum bars and accessories imported 100% from Germany, and high-quality, safe, soundproof, and modern Low-e laminated glass, to address global challenges on energy efficiency and environmental protection.
Located at 393 Cong Hoa, Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh City, the MITALAB TOWER project is invested by Minh Tam Equipment Company with a total area of over 700m2, consisting of 3 basement floors and 12 above-ground floors, with a total floor area of 75,000 m2. CAG is responsible for the supply and installation of the facade glass, wall, door, balcony, and roof glass.
Having always delivered beyond its commitments, after successfully handing over hundreds of large-scale projects throughout the country such as the Lotter Center building, the Telecommunications Bureau project, the Military Broadcasting and Television Center, and receiving positive feedback from the investors and users, CAG is continuously chosen as the preferred contractor for important projects, which is both an opportunity and a challenge for CAG to constantly adapt to increasingly high demands from investors and users, to create projects that ensure quality, convenience, aesthetics, and sustainability over time.
