Hai Phong City Political – Administrative Center & Convention – Performance Center

The infrastructure investment project for the new Administrative–Political Center and Convention–Performance Center of Hai Phong City covers an area of 324 hectares. It is located across the communes of Tan Duong, Duong Quan, and Hoa Dong in Thuy Nguyen District, adjacent to the 1,100-hectare VSIP urban area.
